Hi I’m Sophia & I live in a 3 bed semi Victoria style house in Seaford, 15 minutes walk to Cuckmere Haven, 5 minute drive to Alfriston woods, 15 minute walk to seaford beach & train station for links to Lewes & Brighton.

I live with my whippet Chester & I’m looking for a lodger to share my calm creative home with.

I enjoy all things creative & love spending my time painting & pottery making. I enjoy long walks with the dog & cooking nourishing soul food.
I work as a health professional with a flexible office/home working schedule.

I’m looking for someone who enjoys a calm & creative environment & would enjoy sharing a chat & a coffee but also respecting each others space & privacy.

The house has a dining room & living room space which you are welcome to share & a large private garden which is secluded & a real sun trap. If you love gardening you are so welcome to get stuck into the space.
There is free parking across the road from the house.

The room is a spacious bright double room at the back of the house in a quiet spot. It can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs, with either a single or double bed and is available now.
