I’m offering a bright, spacious double room in my Victorian semi in Seaford — just a 15-minute walk to Cuckmere Haven and Seaford beach, and a short drive to Alfriston Woods. The train station is within walking distance for easy links to Lewes and Brighton.

The house has a comfortable living room and dining space you’re welcome to share, plus a large private garden — secluded, sunny, and perfect for anyone who enjoys being outdoors. There’s free parking across the road.
The room is at the back of the house in a quiet spot, unfurnished, and available now. Bills are included.

A bit about me:

I’m a health professional who splits time between home and office work, so I appreciate a calm, respectful atmosphere. Outside work I love painting, pottery, long walks with my dog (a gentle whippet named Chester), and cooking nourishing meals.
