The flat is only 4 min walk to Seaford station and about 7 min walk to the beach making it an ideal spot for commuters or those who love to get down to the beach.
I am 28 and working full time in Brighton and will be out most of the day and looking for someone that is clean and tidy that will respect the shared spaces.
I am looking in the region of £700-£750 per calendar month.
