Property: 3 bedroom property with 2 house mates and 2 bathrooms. Calm/ relaxing vibe. Happy to have chats in the kitchen but I do like my own space and down time.
Location: In the centre of Seaford Town (by the Library). On the 12X and 13X bus route to Brighton and Eastbourne. The bus stops are within 2 minutes walk. Train station is no more than 5 min walk. It is also a 10 min walk from the beach and 20-30 min walk to South Downs.
There is free parking outside (on the main road) however it's first come, first serve. There is also a balcony at the rear of the property and a garden down a flight of stairs. This can be accessed down the side of the house too.
Please note: I have two very fluffy cats so this is NOT suitable for people with allergies. In terms of accessibility, the flat is on the first and second floor with only stair access to it.
