Living with an adult family of 3 with 2 lovely greyhounds and 2 cats. A great location for walks to the cuckmere and with bus access to Brighton and Eastbourne. The room has its own bathroom with a shower. There is a single bed, chest of drawers and large wardrobe/ storage space in the eaves. We are a busy working household but usually around i n the evenings and weekends. Looking for a professional or student. This is a short term let due to the house being on the market.
