Even though we're on the edge of the South Downs National Park, the beach, town centre, railway station and bus stops are only about 10-15 minutes walk away.

This is a very quiet, peaceful, respectful household with one other lodger, me and my nearly 17yr old daughter sometimes, in a pleasant sought-after residential area.

Includes all bills except any excessive use of electricity (heaters, etc) or phone charges.
