Hello, Im looking to rent out a spare single room situated near Seaford seafront. Its not enormos due to the double bed but it was more than big enough for my siser who previousely lived there for 15 years with a wardobe, chest of drawers and a Tv.
We're a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. We have plenty of parking on our street if you are a driver. 2 references are preferable.
