Detached house with large garden in quiet road in Seaford.
As I am now living in my house with only one teenage daughter, I would like to rent out some bedrooms.
We are a veggie/vegan household so you would have to be prepared to comply with this in the house. This is very important.
We have two dogs and six rather mad cats so you obviously have to like animals. Non-smokers only please.
Our house is in a lovely road and I have really enjoyed living here for the last nine years. We have a wonderful, large, west-facing garden and a garage for bikes, if you have one. There is a large, shared lounge and a shared kitchen.
The house is only a few minutes' walk from the station from which there are trains to Brighton and Lewes. Buses (from the bottom of the road) go to Brighton and Eastbourne. The house is also a few minutes' walk to the beach and there is lots of glorious countryside around.
