Large double room available

I have a large double room available for a short term let. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, small bookshelf, wardrobe, additional table and chair. There are also 2 large bookshelves which can be removed if required. Artwork can be left or removed as requested. Pls see photos. Share of bathroom, kitchen, living room and 2 studio spaces if you are artistic. Full fibre broadband is being installed soon but I don’t have a date yet. Share of a south facing garden also. Approx 2 miles to the seafront with buses a few mins walk away. I’m looking for a relaxed, independent tenant, I will be at work at points but also spend a lot of time at the house as I am currently training for a new career. I watch all available football, but am pretty relaxed about everything else.
