I have two double rooms available in a modern refurbished terraced house.

The house is almost finished, just waiting on a last minute touch up of the kitchen and the garden to be landscaped.

Communal areas will be furnished.

Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished.

I’m looking for two housemates

I mainly live and work in London but will be around some weekends and school holidays (teacher here)

I’m outgoing, personable and want to share with people who are like minded. Privacy is fine of course but don’t want to live in house with people feeling like strangers.

Bills included subject to fair usage.

The house will be ready by May including furniture but here are some photos of progress so far if it a takes your fancy let me know.

10/15 min walk from Warrior Square station and the beach. Street parking. Moments away from Alexandra Park.
