Sunny self-contained room in Silverhill

Quiet comfortable sunny room in big friendly Victorian House in Silverhill, St Leonards. The house is five minutes walk from Alexandra Park, and close to shops and bus routes.
The room is on the top floor in a self-contained area that includes it's own kitchen, eating area, washing machine and shower room/WC. The kitchen and shower-room are shared with one other male lodger who has been with us for five years. We would like to find a similar working professional who is looking for more longterm accommodation. Male-preferred as the facilities are shared with another male.
My husband, a retired economist, and myself - artist, writer and teacher - occupy the rest of the house.
Rent includes all bills and wi-fi . References, one months rent and a month's deposit are required in advance (£550+£550).
