I live alone in a lovely home . I’m sociable but like my own space too. The house is open plan , I do have family and friends visiting a lot .
I’m Happy to share the kitchen but would need to discuss times to suit us both.
I have a large driveway so parking is no problem. I’m 3 minutes from southwick station and 2 minutes from southwick square where there are lots of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants . There’s beaches and parks nearby . It’s a lovely quiet neighbourhood.
