Cosy single room. (Looking for a housemate)

Hi everyone. I have a 3 bedroom house in southwick that i live alone in, and would like someone to share the house with. It is clean, modern, has a garden, a gym in the garage, driveway parking, directly on the bus routes, and has broadband. And all bills included.
The room can be furnished with a single bed and a small unit. the room is quite small but you can have free run of the house and it is very relaxed. i like to eat and cook. i like gaming and making music. I work all week from 9am to until around 4pm. i have children who are ages 10 and 12 who stay alternate weekends, so would probably suit a similar weekend dad. Im a non drinker, but have no problem with anyone that does. Im looking for someone I get along with to share my home. Im not really into politics or debating the world.
