Furnished: Single bed and mattress bought this year, hanging clothes rail, desk with draws, bedside table, lamp and some storage space in hallway adjacent.
Living area: You will have the opportunity to put some of your things in the living area and make it your home. There is a large living room with TV and dining room with table.
Kitchen: Open plan kitchen/ dining room is very social. Large 5 hob cooker, storage space, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave!
South West facing garden
Bathroom with bath and shower. Toilets x2
Area: Good connections to Brighton. Bus numbers 700, 2 or 49 20 mins to town. Train station is 10 mins walk from the house and serves Brighton and connections to London. You can get to the beach in 15 mins. Southwick square has all the amenities you could need such as Co-Op, Butchers, Grocery, Salons, Cafes, Bars, Restaurant. There is a lovely green.
I am the landlord and I will be living locally (Hove) so if you have any issues I am present to solve them. Andrew is the head tenant. He says "Hi look forward to meeting you, the house would suit someone reasonably clean and tidy. We are respectful of the space. I like to cook and share a meal sometimes and have a glass of wine but also like my private time."
Opportunity for a bit of home working, to be discussed and agreed with other tenants. It will be a 6 month contract initually with the possibility of extension.
