Beautiful large double room to rent in Southwick just outside brighton. The room has a wardrobe and large draws but these can be removed if required. The property is a 3 bed semi detached with parking and a garden. I am the homeowner 33 full time working professional and live here with my well behaved 3 year old who goes to nursery full time mon- Thurs 8-6. I WFH so during the day I am usually in my room. I am very chilled out and enjoy relaxing in eves watching telly and cooking food. Looking for a chilled out house mate who I can share my home with. I enjoy getting out and about at weekends but equally enjoy a cosy night in and would love someone like minded to live with where we can enjoy the odd dinner and wine but also have our own space . My daughter stays at her dad’s one weekend evening and Thursday evenings so isn’t here full time. House is 5 mins walk from train and shops and 10mins drive from city Center. We currently have no pets but we do love dogs so would consider if you have one. Large shared bathroom and downstairs toilet. Shared use of lounge and whole house.
