I’m offering a lovely double room with its own ensuite shower room in my quiet, friendly home just a short walk from Southwick Green.

The room is up in the converted attic, so it’s full of natural light and feels spacious and private. It’s been freshly redecorated and comes fully furnished with a king-size bed (with a comfy, good-quality mattress), built-in wardrobes and a desk.

You’ll also have access to a modern, well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor and there’s free roadside parking outside. Superfast broadband and all bills are included — and I can even arrange for the room to be cleaned weekly at no extra cost.

I’m looking for someone quiet and considerate — ideally a professional who needs a full-time let or Monday-to-Friday stay. You’d be sharing the house with me and my cat. The house is kept clean and tidy, and it’s a calm, welcoming space to come home to.

The location is great - Southwick is a lovely area with great transport links and is easy to get to Brighton, Hove, Shoreham, Lancing, and Worthing. The house is less than a 5 minutes walk to Southwick Green and about 15 minutes’ walk to the seafront and train station. There are local shops nearby, with a big Tesco Extra and M&S just a 5-minute drive away. We’re also close to Southlands Hospital.
