Bright, sunny, south facing room, includes double bed, large chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, double wardrobe, very high speed wi-fi, 39in Sony flat screen TV, and includes Netflix. All furniture is new, as is the room decoration. If you don't want or need the double wardrobe, this can be removed and a clothes rail fitted. A computer desk & chair is also available if required.
The garden has plenty of space, a large patio with corner seating area, a pond with waterfall and fish, and greenhouse. I'm in Southwick, which is just west of Brighton & Hove. Southwick has easy and frequent public transport options going into Brighton, up to London and the west coast. There are two train stations within a few minutes walk from the house, both with regular trains going to Brighton and London, plus further west down the coast. Train travel time into Brighton is 10 minutes. There are also regular buses travelling east and west with bus stops 4 minutes walk away. The bus service is good and frequent. There is a small shopping centre a few minutes walk away, with a Coop, Waitrose, several coffee shops, WH Smiths, etc., a community centre and pubs with live gigs etc., a Gym, large Tesco, McDonalds, Next & Swimming pool is also near.
One parking space is available on the front drive. There is also plenty of free on-street parking. The road is a small, quiet side road.
There is no smoking inside the house. However, the garden is easy access for anyone that does smoke such as yourself or guests.
The lounge is not shared as such, but there will of course be many times when we can watch a film together, chat, get takeaway, etc.
The kitchen is large, with all the usual appliances and gadgets. Plenty of space at the kitchen table to eat, including guests.
The bathroom has a Shower & Toilet.
Must be cat friendly, as I have one!
