This is suitable for a 9-5 professional looking for:
- a quiet home, quiet street, bedtime is around 10pm
- modern, warm and well ventilated home
- free and ample street parking
- near train station, bus routes and shops and sea front, nomadic sauna (15min)
- full bath, separate shower rooms and separate toilets
- washer and dryer
- all bills included except TV license
- cleaner included for shared areas
- large kitchen with island
Large room - fully furnished
- king size memory foam mattress

- a compact single high sleeper, over a desk and small sitting area

sharing:
The landlady is a busy bee, working mostly from home, thus access to kitchen are set around breakfast, lunch and dinner with some flexibility, with no access to the lounge. Pots, pans, dishes are shared, with space in fridge and freezer. And you are welcome to have a kettle and microwave in your room if needed.
During spring and summer there is some access to the patio/garden.
cleaning: this is a very clean house, suitable for those that appreciate this, eg whipping before and after use of kitchen, toilet, shower. We try to use the least amount of chemicals as possible for cleaning eg white vinegar, as well as how we eat, mostly freshly cooked or foraged.
to note: during spring and summer we have occasional international language students on the spare room downstairs, maximum 3-5 days only for room and board with minimum disruption.
