Double room right on the Downs

Hi,

We’re looking for a housemate to join us in a bright, relaxed home in a great location near the Downs and the sea.

The Room
It is a spacious double bedroom with views over the garden. The room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress and large wardrobe, with space for additional furniture if needed.

Right next to the room is the private bathroom.

The House
The house is light, well laid out, and feels very much like a home rather than just a shared space. There’s a separate living room, dining area and kitchen, plus a large garden backing directly onto the Downs - great if you enjoy being outdoors. We’re currently putting some time into making the garden a really nice space.

Bus stop outside with direct routes to Brighton (Churchill Square and beyond)
Bus stop going to Shoreham and beyond 5 minute's walk
Around 20 minutes’ walk to Southwick station
Easy cycle into Brighton
Close to the beach and the Downs

About Us
We’re a friendly couple who enjoy the outdoors, good food, and a relaxed home environment. We’ve both lived in house shares before and value a space that feels comfortable, tidy and easy to live in.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone clean, respectful and easygoing and wants a calm, comfortable place to call home. Someone who does not work from home the majority of the time and their work is fairly low-noise (not call-heavy).
