Double bedroom in Southwick

Hi! I'm moving out of our shared flat so I'm looking for a flatmate to replace me.

The flat is on the 4th floor (there's a lift), it's got a fully equipped kitchen, living room, toilet and shower room. Wireless fast broadband around the flat. Free parking around the building. Rent includes all bills and cleaning.

Location:
- 2 min walking to Southwick Train Station and bus stops
- 5 min walking to Southwick High Street
- 5 min walking to the beach

To Brighton:
- 12 min to Brighton by train.
- 15/20 min by bus (frequent 700 coastal bus @ £12/week travel card)
- 25 min cycling via National Cycle Route 2

The bedroom available is furnished with bed, drawers, TV and desk, but we are flexible to remove or add anything if you need.

We are all mature professionals, a Brazilian/Spanish female and a Slovakian guy, very friendly and relaxed. We are not just looking for someone to share the bills, but also to maintain a good family-like environment, helping to keep the place tidy and sharing a meal every now and again. We are all quite busy during the day and when we are home we like to keep it quiet, but we do like to socialize every now and again.

There's a small chance the flat will be sold within the next year, so we want to make you aware of that and would prefer someone who's not looking for anything too long-term.
