Large Flat on St Leonard’s Sea Front

We have a male flatmate moving out mid-March and we are looking for an easy going flatmate to join us.
Spacious room in a 3 bed, 2 bath flat on the seafront of Marina, St Leonard’s. It’s close to town (Hastings and Bexhill) and has a number of shops on the street next to it.
Free street parking close by which always has spaces and a lift in the building if you’re feeling lazy (as we often are)!
All bills are paid to myself (about £70 p/m) as I sort them out, and the electric is on a meter where a £20 card is purchased every couple of weeks in turn (this is on top of the monthly bills).
The rent is extremely affordable and we are a working household so it is very chilled.
The area is nice on a quiet road, with spaces often available to park, and has just been painted with the front door locks changed and a device put on so it’s securely closed. Bus stops are on the street in front (about a 2 minute walk away) and many parks close by.

Fees are as follows:
Rent: £261.67
Admin fees: £350
Deposit: £193.75

The upfront cost is the rent and admin fees and the deposit will need to be sent to myself.
