Easy parking in street outside. Near to local shops and ASDA. Close to bus routes and approx 1 mile from seafront. Direct bus route to Conquest hospital, 2 miles distant.
Friendly, mature, professional married couple who lead active lives and often travel, in residence with one old very docile cat.
We would prefer a tenant who works largely outside the home.
