Bedroom has a double bed with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, nightstands with lamp. All rooms are clean and linen is available if required. Close to London line and the beach with good transport links to town via the bus or train. Free on street parking outside. This house would suit a clean considerate, single, non-smoking ideally female who is in full time work or you may be a mature student.
