I’m looking for a clean and friendly housemate someone who is in full time employment and chilled out. Who has their own friends and keeps busy.
I have one large, light and airy room to let in my two bed flat. We don’t have a garden but a nice park across the road and are 15mins walk to the sea, 5-8mins to Warrior Square Station, same for food stores like the co-op. If you have a car there are loads of big shopping centres close by and free paring on our road.
The flat was renovated a couple of years ago with new bathroom, kitchen and a great living/dinging room.
I’m building a bit of a house plant collection so if you have your own to display brilliant!
