Bright modern double bedroom

short term only 4-20 weeks stay. Furnished double bedroom in a Victorian house in Silverhill . Good amenities / regular bus route into town and to the hospital , surrounded with a variety of eateries . Walking distance to supermarket The room is bright and clean with a king size bed , wardrobe and drawers. radiator and window to the back of the house
Room is on the first floor so it is quiet and not over looked. We share the kitchen , this has usual mod cons. and bathroom , bath and electric shower.. the rest of the house is bright , modern and we have a cleaner who comes twice a week to clean the communal areas ( included in the rent )
I live there half of the week and work between home and London . the house is over 3 floors so there is plenty privacy . I have and 3 cats, 2 sphynx cat so you must like animals as they live here too. The house is always warm and cozy to keep the cats warm.
Someone trustworthy and respectful to the house and the people in it. As we will be to you . We don’t allow smoking in the house sorry .
All bills are included , Wi-Fi is good and cleaner is paid for . So someone hard working easy going and polite would be great . We are a multi cultural household and are open to all nationalities I may consider 2 friends sharing for extra rent. There is a lot of privacy in the house and it is empty most of the time and would be great for someone who works shifts or nights.
