Hi, my flat is available to rent long term. This is a super cosy and quiet rustic basement flat. There is lots of light, a large living room and a front and back garden. It's 5 mins walk from the sea and St Leonard’s train station. It would be ideal for a couple, professional or retired person relocating by the sea!
I am moving to Bristol, but I would like to retain access to the property, which will mean staying in the spare room on some weekends and holidays, as I have family that live nearby. As I'm moving away, these visits will be seldom and communicated far in advance.
You will have access to the entire flat, which will be newly decorated and includes private access, a massive double bedroom, log burner, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The smaller bedroom will be used to store some of my stuff, but you are welcome to use it as an office or spare bedroom for guest etc. while I am away.
The price includes all bills BUT NOT GAS AND ELECTRICITY. This will come at an additional cost. Sorry, energy prices are so unclear at the moment I can't assume responsibility for how much you are using - especially if I am away! I will expect you to register with the energy company and we will both have access to the bills for complete transparency (yes I will contribute a bit for the few days that I'm around!).
The flat will be open to viewings in the next few weeks. I'm looking for someone to move in around December/Jan! Please message in advance to organise a visit! 👍👍
