I'm looking for someone reliable, clean, quiet and easy to get along with. No one on benefits please or working from home. I would prefer someone quiet who works during the day.
Bathroom is shared and there is also a cloakroom downstairs.
I am home on and off during the day as I am now retired and am in most evenings watching TV. I do not have a shared living room but you are welcome to cook a meal and eat at the dining room table.
Please bear in mind that the ceiling is only 6' high, although I did have a 6' guy for 18 months who loved it! The seagulls can be noisy up there!
