The room is for 1 person - views over the back garden and beyond. Walk in wardrobe - £635 pcm. Must not work from home full time.
Very large shared lounge/diner. Kitchen and fairly large garden.
Bills are roughly £115 for everything depending on energy use. Gas, Electric, wifi, water, council tax. Sorry but we do not allow pets.
We have David, 54., works in IT. Loves Star Wars, hates Trekkies, rock, rave, blue, country, Not Western, and the occasional pub.
And Svetlana - Russian film maker, writer, loves outdoor activities, friendly.
Short term lets from 6 months onward ok as well as longer term.
