The room does have the sole use of a separate toilet on the same landing.

This is a small single ensuite ROOM with a small kitchenette - not a studio FLAT or bedsit. Please see pics. Some of the older pics dont show the hob, but please refer to kitchenette pic that shows hob and air fryer for current layout.
