Lovely double room in a quiet house

I’m renting out the second room in my lovely house. It’s a large double bedroom with a double bed, inbuilt wardrobe and bedside tables. There’s also a spacious living room, a fabulous kitchen with all the mod cons, bathroom and a garden which is great in the warmer weather.

I also have a beautiful and energetic cat – so you need to be happy with some feline company.

The house is in St Leonards on Sea, less than a 5 min walk to to train station and 10 mins to the high street. There is on street parking as well, if it is required.

As for me, I’m a sociable female who works from home. In my spare time I enjoy hiking and running as well as watching a film or two.

I'm looking for a flatmate who likes animals and is vegetarian. Someone who is a working professional, ideally not from home.
