Before application forms are posted you will need to first state in your contact message that you are over the age of 25, and have the right to rent in the UK.

If your application has been successful, you will be short listed and invited to view the room. The room is currently tenanted so would not be possible to view it until it becomes available. Those who send a message saying "Im interested, can I view the room tomorrow" will be ignored. The room will be available to view when the current lodger has moved out on the date above - not any sooner. No viewings will commence unless you are a successful applicant and have been short listed.
