Huge gorgeous room in central St Leonards

Hi there,

I have a gorgeous large room that would suit a professional who is looking to share a home. Would suit someone who has to use the trains often, as the house is right next to the station.

I am a queer, non-binary person, so if there are any other queer people looking to move, that might work especially well - but anyone lovely, liberal and clean would also be great. I'm a non-smoker and love a good time but am definitely not a party animal in the week.

The room is a very large double (the full width of the house) on the top floor of a Victorian terraced house. You would be up there alone as there is an additional spare room up there for infrequent visitors. There is also a roof terrace midway, which is accessible from the stairs. The terrace is furnished and is an amazing sun trap.

The room currently has a super-king size bed and two chests of mid-century drawers, a sofa and a clothes rail. It could work for someone that has pieces of furniture too. It's all negotiable except it would be really tricky to have the bed elsewhere!)

Superfast fibre broadband has been installed directly into the house, so the internet speed is exceptionally fast.
There is a loft space for any bulky storage.

I work from home and I have an office on the first floor.
I have two beautiful cats that live with me, or more accurately I live with two cats and you would need to be up for living with them too. If whoever moves in is happy to help with cat feeding, there is every chance you could have the place to yourself for half of the week as I’m in London often and can stay there if they’ve got some company.

The house is a four bedroom property yet it would only ever be me plus whoever moves in that would live here so there’s plenty of space and would never feel crowded.

The room is available from October 1st.
