Part of a large 3 bedroom household with myself (M,34) and my partner (F,35) + 2 small dogs. We are a non smoking household, both work full time Monday to Friday during the daytime.
We are looking for a professional occupant and within a similar age range to ourselves.
Parking is easily available on the road at the front of the property. 15-20 mins walk to Conquest Hospital with easy transport links to Hastings and St. Leonards.
