Double Room In St Leonards Flat

Large, light room available in quiet two bedroom flat in purpose built block. Shared use of kitchen and bathroom.
I cannot share the living room as it doubles as my work room.

I have a very friendly cat and want a lodger who likes cats and will be willing to feed him and talk to him when I'm away, from time to time.

I would prefer a lodger who works full time outside the home and keeps regular hours (unless you work shifts, which is fine of course.)

Happy to share occasional meals but generally to lead separate lives.

The flat is 8 minutes walk from the beach, cinema and various cafes and restaurants. It looks out onto a leafy communal garden. There is parking on the road.

My place would suit someone who is new to the area and wants to try living here on a short term basis.
Or someone who for other reasons only needs short term accommodation.
