We have a 1 bedroom lovely lower ground floor furnished flat in St Leonards.

It has a patio at the back and a small area you could put two chairs to catch the last of the sun at the front.

It has two bathrooms - 1 is ensuite - so if friends/family staying, you have a bathroom each :-)

There is a cellar just inside the flats front door which we need occasional access to.

It is on Church Road, and about 3 minute walk from the sea front/Goat Ledge etc.

As it is a separate part of the house, some of the bills are set up already. So for gas, electric, internet, water it is a set bill of £135 per month, payable when you pay the rent.

Then your pay your own Council tax.
