Room for rent all bills included

Hi there. I am currently renting a bungalow in a nice area in st Leonard’s. I have a spare room with all bills included and WiFi. Shared garden/bathroom and kitchen. I will be living in one room and use the front room. I’m easy to live with and clean. The room will be empty once claimed. To be clear this home is up for sale and viewings will occasionally happen so because of that I can only guarantee a 3 month lease that will carry on depending on if the house has offers been sent or accepted.
