I have a small bedroom I want to rent out. You'd have use of the whole house. It's lovely, but a work in progress..

Parking is tight, but possible!
I love my little garden.
I have a washing machine but no dryer.
If you're working from home increase in bills would need to be covered.
I'm a teacher, so quiet evenings are my bag, I'm out a couple of evenings per week doing singing things.
