All bills included, broadband and council tax.
Sole use of shower, sink and toilet in Bathroom on 2nd floor. (Other tenants use their en-suites)
Room 2 available from 17th June. Bedroom with kingsize bed, modern black gloss/walnut furniture.....Large Wardrobe, 2 Bedside drawers and Tall chest of drawers. En-Suite Shower, toilet and basin.
This bedroom is on the middle floor of the house. Smart tv, Sky streaming box, Netflix and internet.
Towels and bedding provided.
Washing done but not ironing. 😉
It suits a non smoker, respectful, clean, tidy professional person.
Use of lounge, cloakroom, modern kitchen with breakfast bar. Nice garden with sun loungers for the days you can be lazy.
Parking infront of the house or on street.
I am 58, I live here by myself and 2 male lodgers.
You will see from the pics my little Teddy bear Lhasa apso who is very cuddly and friendly.
We are within walking distance from West St. Leonards station, on bus routes. The local Tesco Express in Fernside Avenue is around the corner and it’s a 10 minute drive on the link Rd to Bexhill. Easy reach of the A21 too.
Both tenants have use of kitchen, lounge, downstairs toilet. Garden has a lovely decking area, use of sun loungers in the summer to catch those rays, when you have time to be lazy and chill. 😎
I have a Lhasa Apso called Teddybear who is cuddly and friendly.
