Whole apartment is scheduled to be furnished and painted before your arrival.
I travel for work so it is unlikely you will see me except for occasional days throughout the whole year / time spent there.
I will install a TV/ lounge & Dining space as well as broadband.
If you are staying longer than 3 months I intend to make further upgrades to the property.

You will have status as a lodger.
