Gorgeous villa available for short lets.
Lots of outside space and privacy in the house.
Pets possible for extra cost (to cover cleaning bills) the garden is not secure and backs onto woodlands. Rooms available are a small double and own shower room/toilet and double room with ensuite. Washing machine and dishwasher includes all bills.
not far from the conquest hospital so perfect for Drs and students.
Couples are fine as I am not here most evenings.
Not suitable for those working from home, perfect for those working nights as this is a very quiet place.
I will do checks so must have ID, rights to rent and a deposit.
