Looking for a flatmate - Double room, Warrior Sq

Double room for rent in a top floor flat on Warrior Square (measuring 310cm D x 295 W) About 4 minutes walk from St Leonards Warrior Square station with a semi-sea view - Also, fairly close to Lidl. The room currently has a bed but… If you wanted to bring your own bed instead, that's no problem. I rent the premises as an unfurnished flat but have added furniture / stuff - So there’s already a hoover and all that kind of thing here. No pets unless they’re gorge (could have my arm twisted into a cat ;-)) - Council Tax band A - It's only electric / no gas up here, so bills are variable.

I work part time in London and part time from home (no particular schedule). Similarly, I love having friends to stay and sometimes its quite a social space. I keep it fairly clean and tidy - although that’s easier with one person, granted.

I’m looking for a longterm flatmate. The year's tenancy is renewing at the end of Feb so if we get along well there’s scope to go on the lease for next year. I’d love to live with someone who I could have the odd glass of wine with. Equally, sometimes I need to go goblin. I like art / reading / films / bathing - I also run a somewhat creative side-hustle from the flat.
