I live in an unusually bright and airy lower ground floor apartment in a desirable & very central part of St. Leonards On Sea.

Ideally located a five minute walk from St Leonards Warrior Square train station with excellent direct links to London & Brighton. Less than a ten minute walk to the beach and within five minutes to all the shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants.

Charles Road is a quiet road with free parking directly outside as well as a park opposite, Gensing Gardens.

The room has a very comfortable king size bed with shelving, clothes rail, desk and chair, fast broadband & central heating.

I mostly work from home but sometimes on location jobs (as a makeup artist).

It’s a very friendly & relaxed environment and your room is all within the same area as the kitchen, bathroom & toilet, connected to the hallway.

It’s a perfect room for a professional person who is quiet and respectful and ideal for any medical professionals working at the Conquest Hospital as it’s great for commuting to the hospital as the 321 bus (a five minute walk to the bus stop) will take you there within 20 minutes.

I am looking for someone who is honest and reliable and who preferably works outside of home and is vegan/vegetarian.
