The room is divided by arch as on the picture, what makes bedroom / leisure and work area - both the wooden and carpeted floor as seen on the picture, belong to the room. Please note, the room is facing the sea and the street, so at times it's not so quiet. Would suit someone who sleeps well and wants to enjoy the location and the view for spring and summer. Sharing the flat with only one, easy going, full time working man that currently works evenings. Looking for someone quiet in terms of not listening to music on speakers , able to be quiet in he mornings, who doesn't plan to invite partner, kids etc ... single, working person preffered.
