Double room in lovely home

We have a lovey double room on the top floor of our house. Shared bathroom (with additional
separate loo), shared living space, large kitchen and garden. We have a small dog and a cat, so only applicants who like animals! Bills included. We have flexible freelance jobs so no big fight for the bathroom in the mornings!
I’m still sorting the spare room out as you’ll see from the pictures, but it has a double bed, and will have a wardrobe and drawers. It’s a good size room with lovely light. 10 mins down the hill to the station and beach. Couple of mins from the park, so nicely situated. Free on street parking outside.
A bit about us - We’re a mother and daughter looking for an easy going working/student female to share our space with. While we’re pretty relaxed about most things, I like to have a fairly peaceful home life, so looking for a like-minded person.
