1 Large bedroom (3.5 x 4.5m), with built-in storage, in a 3 storey terraced house, with a garden. 10 mins walk to St Leonards Warrior Square Station and the sea front. Bedroom is on the first (middle) floor. Shared bathroom on the second floor and additional toilet on the ground floor. Garage for bicycle storage also available. Shared kitchen on the ground floor is well equipped (I like to cook). 

I am a 40 year old professional, I live with my daughter alternate weeks. Our bedrooms are on the second floor of the house. 

I am looking for a lodger who is friendly, considerate and tidy.

There is a large desk in the bedroom that can be used for working from home potentially. I use a desk in the living room for admin occasionally.     

All bills, Wifi, TV license, cleaning products included.
