Shorter stays are possible but the price will change to a nightly or weekly rate -depending on length of stay

A great option for creatives, contractors, locums, or freelancers who need a base, and stays for a period of time. For example, commuters working in the week or on weekends; creatives on local projects or events; professionals on a contract or locum stint; health workers covering at Conquest Hospital or other health and social care centres; mature adult students; and people on holiday or visiting / looking after family / relative nearby.

The property is 3 minutes walk to the Kings Road, 6 minutes to the beach, and 7 minutes to St. Leonard's Warrior Square station.

Amenities include a shared kitchen, bathroom, and WC, and access to the living room (partially used as a work/rehearsal space).

The price is £575 for stays longer than a month and includes all bills: e. g. gas, electric, water, wi-fi (If energy use is exceedingly high or energy prices significantly rise. Or Council Tax or a TV license is required extra costs can be discussed, clarified, and agreed).

A deposit of £575.00 will be required.
