This cosy double bed is in a light and airy room with views to the sea and located next to the heart of St. Leonard's on Sea (within a flat sharing amenities with one other).

The room is available for short stays of up to six months with the possibility of longer. It would be ideal for people needing to stay in the area for a period of time or certain days of the week or where, for example:: creatives have a local project; professionals have a contract or locum stint; people may be visiting family for a period; health workers training/covering at Conquest Hospital; or students going to local universities, etc.

The property is 3 minutes to the Kings Road, 5 minutes to the beach, and 7 minutes to St. Leonards Warrior Square station.

The amenities include a shared kitchen, bathroom, and WC, and access to the living room although this is also a workspace and usage can be agreed.

The price is £550 (except June-August which is £600) and includes all bills: gas, electric, water, wi-fi, etc. (unless energy usage is exceedingly high or Council tax registration is required - in both cases costs can be discussed and agreed at the outset).

A deposit will be required.
