It would be ideal for people needing to stay in the area for a period of time or certain days of the week or where, for example:: creatives have a local project; professionals have a contract or locum stint; people may be visiting family for a period; health workers training/covering at Conquest Hospital; or students going to local universities, etc.
The property is 3 minutes to the Kings Road, 5 minutes to the beach, and 7 minutes to St. Leonards Warrior Square station.
The amenities include a shared kitchen, bathroom, and WC, and access to the living room although this is also a workspace and usage can be agreed.
The price is £550 (except June-August which is £600) and includes all bills: gas, electric, water, wi-fi, etc. (unless energy usage is exceedingly high or Council tax registration is required - in both cases costs can be discussed and agreed at the outset).
A deposit will be required.
