Charming and spacious one bedroom garden flat in central St Leonards available for short term let. This lovely, lower ground flat is in a prime location, five minutes walk to the beach, Warrior Square train station and the local cafes, bars and shops in Kings Rd. The flat is fully furnished and is available from 1st July to 30th September. It's in a friendly street and has a private front garden, seating area and courtyard - perfect for summer evenings. The kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, hob and microwave. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The price is inclusive of wifi and bills (within reason, with an agreed cap), towels and bed linen. It is a non-smoking and pet free home - pets may be considered with an additional cleaning surcharge. I'm looking for a friendly, reliable person or couple who are clean, tidy and respectful to rent the flat while I'm away. There is some flexibility with dates and proposals between 2 and 3 months will be considered.
