Hi! We have a lovely double room available in our 4-bedroom house. The room comes either furnished (double bed + wardrobe) or unfurnished if you’d prefer to bring your own things.

✨ About the House & Us
You’ll be living with just the two of us (myself and my partner). We’re a happy, healthy couple with busy lives – between work, the gym, and being out and about, we’re hardly home. When we are, we enjoy a friendly chat but also respect each other’s space.

We own the house and are only renting out this one room.

🛠 A bit about us: Jason is a multi-trader (electrics, building, all sorts!) and I’m a videographer and artist – so quite a creative household!

🏡 Future Plans
We’re due to move into a new house soon (same size, newly redecorated to a high standard). When that happens, you’ll of course move with us – and you’ll actually get your own en-suite bathroom in the new place! We’re just waiting on the keys at the moment, but it should be within the next few months.

👩 Who We’re Looking For
Ideally a female housemate (just personal preference from past experience – nothing against men!). Someone independent, friendly, and happy to keep social spaces tidy would fit in really well.
