Looking for housemate - St. Leonards on-sea

It’s a real nice house with a lovely garden, which needs a little bit of work if I’m being honest but I’m all for having a bit of fun crafting a nice space + there’s a greenhouse! 🌿🫛🪏🍃🪴🪻

Garden pond has a koi and an overweight Japanese goldfish I’ve named Clive (after Clive Vale reservoir). They could probably do with another fish friend.

Currently in the process of painting and doing up some of the downstairs rooms!

There’s two bedrooms you could choose from - one attic conversion (south facing skylights), and one on the first floor!

Carpets will be replaced!

Also potential to eventually turn an outside building at the end of a garden into something… undecided yet but maybe office/studio space! Open to ideas…
