Huge room with sea view and garden access

We're two friends who co-own a flat, looking for a lodger to take the biggest room. It has big bay windows overlooking the garden, with an amazing view of the sea and Beachy Head. Comes fully furnished, although we can remove any furniture on request. Has an open fireplace with wood burner as well as central heating.

We both work from home, so we're looking for someone who works full-time from an office or similar. Our ideal housemate is someone who appreciates home being a restful place and mainly plans to socialise outside the flat.

You'll be sharing the communal areas (bathroom and kitchen) with Alex, a handyman, whose living space is the two smaller rooms, and Ash, an academic and neurodiversity coach, who lives in an annexe at the bottom of the garden.

We have an elderly cat and a rescue dog, who are very friendly, so you must be an animal-lover.

The bathroom comes with bath and overhead shower. Kitchen is fully equipped. You'll have access to most of the huge garden apart from the bottom end, which is just for Ash's use.

The room is £550 per calendar month. Bills, which include wi-fi, a weekly cleaner for the communal areas, council tax (Band B) and TV licence, come to around £200 a month.
