Double bedroom in a shared flat

A medium sized double bedroom is available in this large flat. It comes part furnished with a double bed. (The bed on the listing is a futon bed which will be replaced with a double bed)

We have a white cat who lives with us. He can be very sweet after he's gotten to know you. No other pets allowed unfortunately.

There are 3 people in this flat share, I work in London part time so I'll be in and out but mostly in. The other flat mate is my sibling who studies and works in London so is more out than in. And the third flat mate is a band manager and sound engineer who works on tour a lot so is also more out than in, his 12 year old daughter stays with us sometimes. 😄 We are rarely in the flat at the same time but it does happen and we like to have friends and family over.

We're looking for someone who is fun, creative and hardly ever here 😂 haha just kidding. Best suited for someone who doesn't mind the comings and goings of their fellow flat mates or who also comes and goes.

We have x2 WC's. One is a bathroom + Toilet and the other is just a straight up Shower room with Toilet.
The open plan living room is a large 28ft space.
